Yes, we are based in Texas so Texas clients will need to pay sales tax. Our services are classified under ‘data processing services,’ which are taxable according to the Texas State Comptroller.  Out-of-state clients are exempt from paying Texas sales tax.

We provide a 30 to 90 day support period post-launch at no additional cost in case you run into any issues. 

While refunds are generally not provided for completed work, we retain the discretion to assess situations on an individual basis. We acknowledge that certain circumstances may be beyond our control, and we are open to evaluating such cases to determine an appropriate resolution.
